Now, we all know we live in a world where customer service is becoming the new marketing tool. To over-deliver in service is by far the most valuable thing in any business.
Having said that, I would like to congratulate our staff for delivering excellent customer service. The execution of our core values and ethics resulted in our customer being absolutely pleased with the service received at CMH Kempster Ford Umhlanga.
Mr Julien Rangasamy, who recently brought his Ford in to the service department was out of words and extremely excited about work carried out on his vehicle as well as the excellent service he received from the staff as mentioned above. Mr J Rangasamy wrote in to our dealership in which he had this to say:
Good Afternoon Sir/ Mam
Often people are quick to complain but never compliment when its due. I dropped my vehicle off at Kempster Ford Umhlanga on 2018-06-26 as I had an issue with the engine management light remaining on. I picked the vehicle up later that day and was absolutely pleased with the service. The work carried out on my vehicle was explained to me in detail and the mechanical staff and manager went above and beyond what was required of them. Furthermore, I had left cash in the vehicle a few days earlier and had completely forgotten about it, only to be reminded about it by the technician that had worked on my vehicle. This was honesty at its highest level. Thank you to Leon, Nolan and most importantly the technician. You guys were exemplary.
